About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with research, negotiation, development, and maintenance of contracts
- Coordinate contract maintenance and negotiations
- Ensure contract documents are signed, saved, and documented
- Review contract proposals and language for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor contracts and recommend improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
