Contract Clinical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, specialized professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools
• Collaborate closely with clinical leaders in Specialty Services to understand role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies (e.g., ADOS-2), state scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances
• Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance
• Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird's mission and values

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians, with dedicated experience recruiting specialty providers (e.g., Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, or Autism Evaluators)
• 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment
• Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and specialized professional associations
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems (Greenhouse and Gem preferred)
