Contract Producer for Virtual Instructor-Led Learning (vILT) Workshops

Responsibilities

• Support all 3-hour courses including pre-production, during workshop, and post-production
• Coordinate and upload presentation materials such as slide decks, handouts, and activities
• Act as primary support for workshop facilitators by managing time and fielding chat questions
• Moderate online training sessions and track lessons learned for best practices documentation
• Provide feedback and reporting on platform issues and participant engagement to the Account team

Requirements

• College degree
• Deep knowledge of online tools like WebEx, Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, or Adobe Connect
• 1-3 years experience facilitating soft skills, management, or leadership development workshops
• 1-2 years experience setting up or producing online events
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have own computer, headset, high-speed internet, and webcam
• Comfortable on camera with a professional home office environment
• Familiarity with operating systems to diagnose connection issues
