About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Technical Operations and Engineering positions
- Recruit for specialized roles including Validation, CQV, Facilities, Reliability, and Process Engineers
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive technical talent in biotech and life sciences
- Build pipelines for roles requiring specialized GMP, manufacturing, and capital project experience
- Conduct candidate screens to assess technical experience, industry knowledge, and compensation alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines
- Provide market insights on candidate availability and competitive hiring activity
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience focusing on technical or engineering professionals in regulated industries
- Demonstrated success recruiting Validation/CQV, Facilities, and Process Engineers
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape for GMP manufacturing and capital projects
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical/engineering professionals in biotech or pharma
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
