About the role
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–20 mins), including interviews, tutorials, and series-style content
- Create high-performing ad creatives for YouTube and Google using existing and new footage
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure storytelling aligns with Stockpile's tone and goals
- Add motion graphics, captions, and light animations to enhance content and improve viewer retention
- Implement feedback quickly and deliver drafts on a tight schedule
- Optimize videos for platform-specific formats and trends
Requirements
- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content and digital ads (portfolio required)
- Strong command of pacing, narrative structure, and visual storytelling
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar professional tools
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO best practices, CTAs, and visual hooks
- Bonus: Experience with finance, fintech, or educational content
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to self-manage
