About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the communication of airport operational activities and facilities
- Adjust the implementation of the tactical operational plan to ensure smooth and safe operations
- Manage regular operations, incidents, and crisis handling for DXB or DWC terminals
- Monitor processes across Terminal, Forecourt, and Baggage areas
- Ensure smooth airport operations through CCTV and other monitoring systems
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Diploma in Aviation Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 5 years of overall professional experience
- Knowledge of International Civil Aviation Safety and security practices (IATA/ACI)
- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong business writing skills
- Knowledge of airline conditions of use
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
