Responsibilities
- Review conversations with Ash and provide feedback on what is working and what is not
- Collaborate with a small group of reviewers to compare notes and shape the definition of high-quality conversations
Requirements
- Experience working with people in roles such as teaching, coaching, counseling, mentoring, customer support, or hospitality
- Academic background in psychology or education
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to analyze why specific conversational elements land or fail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
