About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager and Account Manager in delivering contractual FM provisions related to Soft Services.
- Manage a diverse cleaning team on multiple sites.
- Perform record keeping and administrative activities.
- Ensure time-bound and quality service is offered to customers in line with the contractual requirement.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in Facilities Management (Soft Services)Soft Services
- Ability to manage a diverse cleaning team across multiple sites.
