About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of university-wide quality assurance processes
- Support institutional licensure renewal and accreditation/reaccreditation of academic programs
- Collect and review annual college reports and prepare institutional status reports
- Collaborate with colleges and departments to document accreditation and benchmarking data
- Oversee academic program reviews and the assessment of learning outcomes
- Assist in preparing evidence and documentation for accreditation submissions
- Ensure university policies and procedures comply with accreditation requirements
- Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff
- Facilitate effective communication and dissemination of best practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accreditation-related data
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Accreditation and Quality Assurance Certifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in institutional and program accreditation
- Experience in a CAA-accredited university preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of higher education accreditation processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze data and reports
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
What we look for
