Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for users with varying technical skills
• Support mixed Windows and macOS environments and business peripherals
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Troubleshoot complex Office 365 issues and collaborate with IT teams
• Assist clients with Office 365 migrations, integrations, and customizations
• Conduct regular audits of client environments for compliance and security
• Deliver training and workshops to client staff
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify service opportunities

Requirements

• Full fluency in French and English
• Information Technology or Computer Systems College Diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in Support Analyst or End User Support roles
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune administration
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Fortigate technologies
• Ability to document problems and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Ability to provide workstation, network, and mobile device support
