About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including intake meetings with hiring managers
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and advising on compensation and market trends
- Proactively source and recruit technical and professional talent in the corporate services sector nationwide
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with written summaries for hiring managers
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating as necessary
- Track candidate information and progress using the ATS
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through follow-up and feedback
Requirements
- Recent experience recruiting in the AEC industry
- 8+ years of experience recruiting in the AEC industry
- Proven skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and outreach
- Established network of AEC professionals
- Strong interviewing and written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in software and computer systems
- Self-starter mindset with ability to take ownership
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments
