About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, and complex commercial matters
- Draft, review, and manage credit agreements, security agreements, and financing documentation
- Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on significant corporate projects
- Support the structuring, execution, and closing of multiple transactions
- Help develop efficient legal processes and internal documentation standards
- Perform corporate, securities, and governance-related legal work
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 3+ years of relevant corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience
- Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
