Corporate Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions
• Help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals
• Apply a learning mindset and take ownership for your own development
• Gather information from a range of sources to analyse facts and discern patterns
• Uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and business valuations
• Proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement modeling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse clients and team members
• Skills in asset valuation, balance sheet analysis, and capital modeling
• Experience with Alteryx (Automation Platform) is a plus
