About the role
Responsibilities
- Safeguard the bank's interest by ensuring adequate legally binding credit facility and security documents are in place
- Manage the documentation function to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Identify and maintain risks and controls in the RCSA
- Provide guidance and training to team members
- Support process reengineering and digitization initiatives
- Review and execute improvements via automation
- Ensure compliance with credit approval terms and conditions
- Monitor perfection of pledge, lien, and mortgage of customer assets
- Validate and translate customized facility conditions to Arabic
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Experience in managing corporate credit documentation
- Ability to provide advice and support to stakeholders on documentation issues
- Proficiency in Arabic for translating facility conditions
