Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigate complex business transactions
• Analyse financial data and conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, and execution
• Mentor and coach team members to deepen expertise and deliver quality
• Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Uphold professional and technical standards and the Firm's code of conduct

Requirements

• Experience in business valuations and acquisition strategy
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and onboarding
• Proficiency in deal structures and debt restructuring
• Experience with discounted cash flow valuation and data rooms
