About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform lead advisory for cross-border transactions including acquisitions and joint ventures
- Execute live transactions for inbound and outbound investments
- Evaluate key deal issues and potential deal breakers
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for transactions
- Prepare marketing pitches and support deal origination
- Provide credible valuation analysis to help management make informed decisions
- Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development
Requirements
- Background in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Strong business and client relationship network
- Solid technical abilities in financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to manage project workflows and deliver on time
- Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA are highly regarded
