Corporate Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite to define long-term corporate strategy, financial goals, and operational metrics
• Evaluate strategic growth opportunities including M&A targets, joint ventures, and new market entries
• Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance and evaluate investment ROI
• Conduct deep-dive scenario analysis, stress testing, and unit economic modeling
• Act as a key liaison between the company and existing or prospective investors
• Lead preparation of investor materials, pitch decks, board packages, and MD&A reports
• Support fundraising and debt financing by managing due diligence and data rooms

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking, Tier-1 Management Consulting, or Private Equity
• Strategic Corporate Finance or FP&A experience at a fast-growing tech or fintech company
• Deep understanding of FinTech, SaaS, or global payments (cross-border, FX, treasury)
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities and ability to build complex models independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from a leading, globally recognized business school
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation
• CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting qualification
• Advanced Financial Modeling certifications (e.g., FMVA)
