About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance and business operations activities
- Assist with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data organization
- Create and maintain professional Excel spreadsheets and financial models
- Prepare and format executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Conduct research to support business initiatives and decision-making
- Assist with professional written communications and documentation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Academic or professional background in Finance, Investment Banking, or Business Operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced English fluency, specifically in written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive approach to working with senior-level professionals
