Corporate Governance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit annual compliance documents such as annual reports, confirmations and license renewals
• Provide corporate legal support on formations, amendments, mergers, liquidations and board changes
• Manage client portfolios and develop internal and external client relationships
• Conduct legal research and analysis of legal documents
• Update company books, compliance calendars and reports within the CSC Entity Management platform
• Provide information on legislative changes and updates

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Education in or documented experience in law, preferably corporate law
• Strong research, analytical and organizational skills
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word; Salesforce or equivalent CRM is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in a corporate environment, public sector or law firm
• Cross-border corporate law compliance experience
• Previous B2B customer service experience
