About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate resumes to identify top-tier candidates across physician, technical, and corporate roles
- Conduct structured phone screenings and assess role fit to advance requisitions daily
- Build talent pipelines and source passive candidates nationally, especially physician staffing
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain transparent candidate communication
- Establish touchpoints with hiring teams and escalate pipeline bottlenecks
- Extend verbal job offers and present compensation details on behalf of hiring leaders
- Maintain pipeline data in Greenhouse and manage background check initiation in HireRight
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, articulate, direct communication
- Adaptable, handling high volumes and ambiguity
