Corporate Legal Consultant/Attorney

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Advise on corporate structuring and governance across UAE and European entities
• Manage regulatory compliance including GDPR and UAE data protection laws
• Support contractor and employment agreements and cross-border worker classification
• Advise on vendor/supplier disputes and contractual escalations
• Support fundraising, investment, or M&A-related legal work
• Liaise with external counsel and maintain corporate records and board resolutions
• Proactively flag legal and regulatory risks to leadership

Requirements

• Law degree and active bar admission/license in UAE and/or a European jurisdiction
• 5–8 years of corporate/commercial legal experience
• Experience with cross-border contracts and multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Working knowledge of GDPR and UAE data protection frameworks
• Experience advising on contractor vs. employee classification

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in technology, cloud infrastructure, or AI/GPU-related industries
• Experience working with Deel or similar EOR/contractor management platforms
