Corporate Payments Sales Senior Associate/Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage Payments relationships with an identified set of clients and prospects across Large and Medium Market Capitalization segments
• Develop and manage strategies to deliver business results, including revenue growth and new sales targets across Treasury Services, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Trade and Working Capital solutions
• Coordinate with Corporate Bankers and other lines of business to drive client strategy and cross-sell opportunities
• Support rollout of new products and initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize market penetration
• Provide input into product development, marketing, and other strategic initiatives
• Maintain an intensive client focus to identify challenges and develop effective solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree (MBA) in Chartered Accountant or equivalent subject
• Proven track record in Payments: Treasury Services, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Trade and Working Capital solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Payments and cash management solutions in the UAE and key international markets
• Experience handling large, multi-country cash management Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Experience managing documentation negotiation
• Experience working in a matrix organization and partnering with cross-border teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
