Corporate Setup & Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end incorporation for Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures
• Prepare and process MOAs, Articles of Incorporation, and trade license applications
• Administer ongoing corporate updates, renewals, and share transfers
• Assess client profiles and match them with suitable regional and digital banks
• Manage complex corporate bank account applications and UBO documentation
• Conduct risk screening for UBOs, PEPs, and institutional clients
• Ensure adherence to AML frameworks and free zone regulations
• Maintain multi-jurisdictional Corporate Compliance Calendars
• Coordinate with commercial registries and labor/immigration departments

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of direct CSP or business setup experience in the UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE processes and Free Zone registries
• Familiarity with corporate structures across the GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain)
• Practical understanding of UAE AML/KYC frameworks and corporate law
• Proven track record in managing commercial registrations and localized document drafting
