Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a travel expert and professional guide for contracted corporate clients
• Arrange domestic and international travel that adheres to organizational travel policies
• Conduct fact-finding interviews to determine traveler needs and secure cost-effective arrangements
• Manage operational queues (Action, Error, Cancel) and cancellation or change processes
• Provide itinerary, visa, passport and advisory updates to client organizations
• Serve as backup consultant for other accounts

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three years related experience
• At least 2 years arranging domestic and international travel
• Experience with Global Distribution System Apollo and ticketing software
• Knowledge of a GDS, airline travel sites and online booking tools
• Oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
