About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform physical inventories for food, beverage, and retail areas
- Analyze product mix, margins, and guest preference information
- Assist with inputting prices, menu changes, and user changes in the POS system
- Input receipt of all food, beverage, and non-food products into inventory and purchasing systems
- Investigate measurement unit issues and price variances
- Update inventory requisitions through the purchasing system
- Assist in calculating potential cost of sale ratios
- Maintain master cost files and receipts
- Perform random checks to verify product storage and security
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
