About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform physical inventories for food, beverage, and retail areas
- Analyze product mix, margins, and guest preferences to support revenue
- Manage POS system updates including prices and menu changes
- Input receipts for all food and beverage products into inventory systems
- Investigate measurement unit issues and price variances
- Maintain master cost files and receipts
- Perform random checks to ensure products are stored and secured appropriately
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 years of related work experience
