About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets
- Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports
- Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs
- Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability
- Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies
- Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field
- 3-5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial regulations and practices

What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years F&B Cost Control experience in 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing
