Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed cost reports
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Monitor and report on budget variances
• Collaborate with department heads on departmental budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Participate in forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Provide training to staff on cost control procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B cost control or financial management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Opera)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
