About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business operations within the Cameroon market
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Africa region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders
- Oversee regional sales, marketing, and operational performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in country management or regional leadership roles
- Deep understanding of the Cameroon and broader African business landscape
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
