Country Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local marketing events including trainings, workshops, KOL events, and congresses
• Coordinate event logistics such as venues, materials, speakers, and attendees
• Manage local digital assets and social media channels like Instagram and Facebook
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions at the local level
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for the production and delivery of assets
• Support coordination with local KOLs, clinics, and partners
• Collect and report local marketing activity data and digital performance metrics
• Ensure all activities adhere to local regulatory and company compliance standards

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or digital execution
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or aesthetics
