Course Coordination Advisor – B2C

Responsibilities

• Coordinate language courses, schedules, group formations, and instructor allocations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong student relationships
• Monitor attendance, manage student feedback, and resolve course-related concerns
• Support student retention, course progression, and monthly sales and retention targets
• Maintain accurate student records and course updates in ZOHO
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role
• Excellent English communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Mandatory: Previous experience in the education industry is essential
