About the role
Responsibilities
- Mark and grade assignments, exams, and other assessments for management-related courses
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to students to support learning and skill development
- Ensure marks are recorded accurately and on time
- Collaborate with academic staff to maintain grading consistency
- Participate in moderation and quality assurance processes
- Adhere to university policies on academic integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in academic grading, tutoring, or teaching support in higher education
- Ability to apply marking rubrics consistently and fairly
- Strong organizational skills to manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with digital tools for assessment and record-keeping
