CPT-11292 Research & Cold Calling VA

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted churches, ministries, and schools
• Research and identify decision-makers and organizations with financial capacity for property acquisition
• Qualify prospects and obtain permission for brokers to send property materials
• Maintain organized outreach trackers in Google Sheets
• Set qualified appointments or follow-up calls for the broker
• Document research findings and call outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound calling
• Strong appointment setting and lead qualification skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Google Sheets
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with a professional approach
• Strong online research and decision-maker identification skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development
• Commercial real estate experience
• Knowledge of VoIP platforms or Google Voice
