About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with tenants, contractors, municipalities, and other business contacts via phone, text, and email
- Track operational tasks, coordinate contractor workloads, and verify proof of work
- Manage Turo customer communications, rental scheduling, and support private car rental operations
- Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to streamline recurring workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Maintain organized property, rental, and operational records
Requirements
- Previous experience in business support, operations, executive assistance, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and VoIP systems
- Strong spoken English with a native or near-native accent
- Ability to navigate Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for business goals
- Experience with CRM and business software
Preferred Qualifications
- Property management or real estate experience
- Turo, car rental, or transportation industry experience
- Experience coordinating service providers or contractors
- Proficiency with AI/LLM tools
