About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to client-provided leads
- Qualify interest and real estate needs
- Schedule buyer and seller appointments
- Maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss CRM
- Update lead stages, tags, and tasks
- Assist with Canva content updates and social media scheduling
- Send Mailchimp newsletters
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Experience with cold calling or outbound communication
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Professional telephone presence
- Experience with U.S. residential real estate is preferred
- Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or social media management is a plus
