About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain product descriptions, specifications, and catalog data
- Format and organize product information for websites and marketplace listings
- Update pricing, inventory status, and promotional information
- Coordinate product photography and manage digital assets
- Perform routine website and catalog audits to identify broken links or outdated content
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Graphics departments to gather product information
- Assist with basic social media monitoring and posting
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, or sales support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written English and proofreading skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
- Experience with customer portals for content management
- Background in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or lighting industries
- Experience with Digital Asset Management tools
