About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare listing paperwork and supporting documents
- Enter and update property listings within Bright MLS
- Create and maintain property feature sheets
- Prepare contracts and listing documents within Dotloop
- Send documents to sellers for electronic signature
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction files
- Coordinate prospecting schedules and track outstanding paperwork
- Assist with basic marketing materials and property descriptions
- Design and format monthly newsletters
Requirements
- Previous real estate administrative or transaction coordination experience
- Proficiency with Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems
- Experience with Dotloop or similar document signature platforms
- Strong data-entry and document-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written English communication skills
