About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up with purchased, existing, and referral-generated leads via phone, SMS, and email
- Qualify basic interest and schedule appointments with the client
- Reactivate older leads using provided messaging and market updates
- Maintain lead information, notes, and statuses within GoHighLevel
- Organize CRM pipelines and track outstanding follow-up requirements
- Assist with follow-up to referral and potential business partners
- Support appointment coordination and calendar management
Requirements
- Previous appointment-setting or lead follow-up experience
- Phone-based customer service, sales support, or lead nurturing experience
- CRM and lead-management experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to build rapport and handle basic objections professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Mortgage industry experience
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience communicating with U.S.-based consumers
- Referral or partnership outreach experience
