CPT-11457 Mortgage Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Turn client-provided ideas and materials into social media content
• Create branded graphics and basic social media assets using Canva
• Write and refine captions and supporting copy
• Repurpose existing content into multiple social formats
• Maintain an organized content calendar and schedule approved posts
• Track content awaiting compliance approval and publication
• Identify incoming inquiries or potential leads for client follow-up

Requirements

• Previous social media management or content creation experience
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Strong written English communication and copywriting ability
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms
• Ability to work within a compliance-sensitive approval process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services marketing
• Basic short-form video and content repurposing experience
• Knowledge of AI content tools
