About the role
Responsibilities
- Turn client-provided ideas and materials into social media content
- Create branded graphics and basic social media assets using Canva
- Write and refine captions and supporting copy
- Repurpose existing content into multiple social formats
- Maintain an organized content calendar and schedule approved posts
- Track content awaiting compliance approval and publication
- Identify incoming inquiries or potential leads for client follow-up
Requirements
- Previous social media management or content creation experience
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Strong written English communication and copywriting ability
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms
- Ability to work within a compliance-sensitive approval process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services marketing
- Basic short-form video and content repurposing experience
- Knowledge of AI content tools
