About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to property-owner lists
- Contact purchased warm leads promptly
- Follow up consistently with previous prospects via SMS and email
- Gather property and seller information
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead notes
- Schedule or hand off qualified opportunities to owners
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English with a native or near-native accent
- Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or lead qualification experience preferred
- Experience calling U.S.-based consumers strongly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Dialer/VoIP systems
- Strong follow-up and documentation habits
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with REsimpli
- Real estate investment, mortgage, or construction industry experience
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling
