About the role
Responsibilities
- Review field crew information and update daily production in Fiber Field
- Maintain accurate job logs and supporting records
- Prepare information for weekly billing and create invoices in QuickBooks Online
- Track submitted invoices and basic payment status
- Monitor and organize the company Gmail inbox
- Perform routine administrative and office-management tasks
- Make outbound business calls when required
Requirements
- Previous administrative, office support, or bookkeeping experience
- Strong data-entry and spreadsheet skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (strongly preferred)
- Ability to learn client-specific construction software
Preferred Qualifications
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Invoicing or accounts receivable experience
- Construction or field services experience
