About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization's content calendar
- Create and schedule social media content
- Design graphics and visual assets
- Meet regularly with internal teams to gather updates, events, and stories
- Turn internal information into clear external-facing content
- Draft and edit social media copy and supporting communications
- Support the organization's biweekly newsletter
- Perform basic video editing
- Use Monday.com to track projects and deliverables
Requirements
- Previous digital marketing, communications, or social media experience
- Graphic design experience
- Content calendar and social media management experience
- Strong written English
- Strong project-management skills
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Basic video-editing experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus
