About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the organization's content calendar
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Design graphics and visual assets
  • Meet regularly with internal teams to gather updates, events, and stories
  • Turn internal information into clear external-facing content
  • Draft and edit social media copy and supporting communications
  • Support the organization's biweekly newsletter
  • Perform basic video editing
  • Use Monday.com to track projects and deliverables

Requirements

  • Previous digital marketing, communications, or social media experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Content calendar and social media management experience
  • Strong written English
  • Strong project-management skills
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools
  • Basic video-editing experience preferred
  • Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus
