About the role
Responsibilities
- Support buyer and seller transactions from initiation through closing
- Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, signatures, and disclosures
- Manage listing entry and MLS-related administration
- Maintain and organize the client's CRM and real estate database
- Conduct routine lead and client follow-up and appointment setting
- Manage executive inbox and calendar activity
- Proactively track deadlines and remind the client of outstanding actions
- Schedule and publish client-provided social media content
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in U.S. residential real estate
- Proficiency in real estate CRM and database management
- Experience with transaction and listing coordination
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Lone Wolf, MLS platforms, and Google Workspace
