About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage housing-code compliance cases from intake to final submission
- Verify AI-generated case information and create work orders
- Review repair evidence, including photographs and documentation, for quality control
- Assemble proof-of-repair packets and submit them through government portals
- Monitor cases through closure and maintain accurate records
- Communicate via email and Slack with internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, case management, quality control, or compliance
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets using VLOOKUP
- Strong document review and data verification skills
- Strong written English proficiency
- Ability to work against deadlines and measurable KPIs
- Experience with web-based platforms and Slack
- Property management or real estate operations experience is a plus
