About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records within Pipedrive
- Attend daily Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings to review priorities
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Record inquiries, meeting notes, and sales activity
- Update CRM tasks, statuses, and next steps
- Assist with incoming customer and prospect inquiries
- Coordinate sample requests and administrative requirements
- Convert voice notes from the salesperson into actionable CRM tasks
- Conduct light-touch phone follow-up with customers
Requirements
- Previous CRM, sales support, or administrative experience
- Pipedrive experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with disciplined CRM habits
- Ability to work independently from instructions and voice notes
