About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the sales pipeline from post-call follow-up through close
- Send personalized follow-up emails and coordinate next steps, meetings, and demos
- Monitor unresponsive prospects and execute re-engagement campaigns
- Manage GTM operations, including reviewing and approving AI-drafted communications
- Triage inbound leads and enrich prospect lists using Attio, Clay, and other tools
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records and track communication history
- Identify and escalate process gaps or broken automated workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, SDR/BDR support, or GTM operations
- Strong hands-on experience using a CRM on a daily basis
- Proficiency in working with AI tools and AI-generated content
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to tone and grammar
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with significant overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
