About the role
Responsibilities
- Edit raw property-tour, neighborhood, and community footage
- Produce short-form reels and long-form YouTube content
- Repurpose content across social platforms
- Format and publish client-provided or AI-assisted blog content
- Maintain newsletters and drip campaigns for different audience segments
- Organize raw footage and marketing assets
- Use AI tools to improve speed and productivity
Requirements
- Video editing experience required
- Short-form and long-form content experience required
- Social media management experience required
- Canva or similar graphic-design experience required
- AI-assisted content creation experience strongly preferred
- Strong written English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate marketing experience
- Basic SEO/internal-linking knowledge
- Proficiency with Buffer or similar scheduling platforms
- Experience with ChatGPT or Claude
