About the role
Responsibilities
- Call client-generated annuity and life-insurance leads using provided scripts
- Confirm basic interest and availability while handling objections professionally
- Schedule qualified prospects on the client's or designated agent's calendar
- Update lead records, call outcomes, and notes in GoHighLevel
- Maintain accurate follow-up information to ensure no promising leads are lost
- Provide basic end-of-day reporting as requested
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, customer service, or lead generation
- Strong spoken English with a native or near-native accent
- Proficiency with phone/dialer systems and calendar scheduling tools
- Ability to work 10 hours per week (potential to increase to 20+)
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based consumers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms
- Background in insurance, annuity, mortgage, banking, or financial services
- Strong objection-handling skills
